These 3 ingredient vegan pancakes are so simple, delicious and made of clean, fuel –filled ingredients! They are gluten, dairy and egg free! A deliciously easy breakfast or brunch option you’ll want to enjoy again and again.

Ingredients

• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 cup instant oats
• 1 medium ripe banana
*optional 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
• Grind the instant oats in a blender.
• Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well until smooth.
• Use olive oil to grease the skillet pan and cook.

For toppings you can use:
o Fresh fruits i.e. banana, berries, blueberries, strawberries, apple etc.
o Nuts & seeds
o Honey, maple or golden syrup
o Coconut flakes or unsweetened coconut shavings
